Create a salesperson forecast for each of your sales team. This is based on the volume of projects and the value of each project. The salesperson can then track each enquiry through to the signed contract. Rave will produce a forecast vs actual report for each salesperson and also build a company report at the same time. The number of conversions and at what stage they became 'won' will help to customise the sales experience per team member but also for your clients too.
