Sneak Peek of accouting re write and CRM upgrade

Our team have been working on two fantastic new upgrades since January.

The first being our Accounting Upgrade.

We have been updating the Quotes, Purchase Order, Bills, Client Invoices, and Credit Note pages to have more information, tidier layout and add Branch Level documents.

We have also implemented new icons and features to ensure that its easy to tell which documents are draft, cancelled, pending or approved, which have notes, attachments, have been sent to xero etc

GST has been tidied up to allow flexibility where the cost or sell price has multi rounding both at line item or total.

Importing of information and bulk updating of fields has been made faster and more efficent.

We are on the home stretch of this project now so we can roll into Document Scanning next.

The second upgrade has been our CRM system.

We have made significant changes to how CRM works in phase one. This is due out approx July this year.

Some of the changes include: Creating custom fields for adding clients, allowing multiple different clients to be added to a single Enquiry.

Adding a new step which is the client enquiry. A single client can have multiple enquiries each owned by different sales people.

We do not automatically create a project everytime a client is added, the projects page has also had an overhaul to be more modern looking and to remove old data that doesnt belong.

There is all new reporting, imports, exports and we have cut down on the information required as mandatory to allow customised workflows and set ups per branch.

There will also be email and calendar syncing, new dashboards based on the Rave users Group

Budget vs Actual Report

We have just released another new project level Financial Report.

This report allows you to easily view ALL of your project's key approved cost and sell data fields all in one place across Categories and sub-categories.

We break the information down into "Raw Cost" and "Client Price".

The export function allows you to choose which side of the information you are wanting to export or ALL of it into one report.

Custom Category Names for Contractor Files

Branch users with the Permission checked to "edit Contractor Branch Settings" will be able to add custom File Categories to their branch. This will enable all your contractors to upload specific mandatory documents to their profiles under Categories that you set.

The Rave default categories are set at the top and the custom ones underneath. You can choose if the documents require a mandatory expiry date or not.
