So what else is new this month?
We have all new Back Costing by Sub Category
Back Costing by subcategory is now live and sits alongside our Back Costing by Category Tab. This report will show all your Quotes, Purchase Orders and Bills linked together by subcategory to allow for a much deeper analysis of spending.
Timesheets Advanced Payroll exports for Employment Hero, Crystal Payroll, Pay Hero and Smartly.
You can select your default payroll system from our drop-down list. This will customise your payroll export into the format accepted by the system you use. Our current choices are listed below. Once selected, you can then go to your branch timesheets - details page and click export, select your payroll system, select the date range, and we will provide an import file for you to use for Payroll.
Timesheets advanced expected hours reminders and clock out notifications.
Timesheet users Now have two reminders.
The Clock Out Reminder will notify the user that they have forgotten to clock out. This is sent at 11pm each day, and if you fail to clock out, it will clock you out at your start time.
The Expected Hours Reminder will trigger when a user has expected hours set and they havent entered time for the previous day as per their expected Hours. This reminder will go out at 6am the day after the user hasnt clocked in and out.
