Its mid year already and we have some EXCITING news

CRM Phase 1 launch is set for August 4th 2025.

We have been working on this feature for the last 6 months and are very excited to show our clients all the new and exciting features. We have also replaced Site/Build with Projects and updated the project people tab too. Our working groups with client testing has gone exceptionally well with some really fantastic ideas/features being added to suit all clients.

Our developers have also been working hard on some other new features and upgrading existing ones

Timesheets Payroll  

We are adding new payroll options each week. The first part of this process was adding in Timesheet Types. By default all entries are Ordinary Time. You can now also have Sick Leave, Annual Leave, Bereavement, Public Holiday etc. All of these options are customisable and feed into our upcoming payroll integrations.

Timesheets Overview

You can now set your "week view" to start on the same day of the week you run payroll to help admin and the team ensure they dont miss a timesheet entry. To read more please click here for our FAQ

Timesheet Budget bulk action bar and save warning

You can now bulk update the tasks created in Timesheets Manage Tasks feature to quickly bulk edit estimate category, sub category, account code and visibility. We also added a warning if you update your Budget and forget to press save. To read more please click here for our FAQ

Estimate Fixed Price and Profit Adjustment  

We have now moved the profit and fixed price box from the top of the estimate page so its sits on each estimate version. You can now enter fixed pricing or profit adjustment % per version including variations not just on your original estimate. To read more please click here for our FAQ

Schedule

Build Overview custom print options have now been updated to allow you to print with project task start date first or finish date first. This will dictate the order the projects print in conjunction with the other print choices you select. To read more about this update please click here for our FAQ

Permission Update

We now have added a separate Add a contractor permission and a new "Edit" a contractor permission. This is to give greater control on who can remove or edit a contractor from a Rave account.

Timesheet Tags

The Ability to add/edit/delete/merge and archive your timesheet tags has been upgraded. To read more about this please click here for our FAQ

General Updates

- When printing checklists that have colours assigned to the "to dos" we now print the colours unless in greyscale

-When a Contractor submits a quote you now have the option to notify the branch accounts email as well as the Financial email and the person who requested the quote

- We have added a GST excl and Incl Column to all financial reports in Rave Reporting

- You can now enter any type of timesheet entry except Ordinary Time and not have to select a project. This way on the details pages those entries will still display but not affect your project totals.
