Another new update out this week is the ability for you to customise the 'Add Contractor' invite email, which is automatically sent when adding a single contractor or uploading a contractor list, providing your contractors and suppliers their RAVE login details and helpful tutorials to get started with RAVE.
Whether loading a single contractor, or a contractor list, the process is the same - the 'Add Contractor' email's default copy will pre-load, or you can select your own contractor 'email template'. You can then edit:
- The invite email subject line.
- The first few paragraphs of the invite email i.e. removing any of the suggested upload documents that you do not require.
You can also edit:
- The references to alerts if you do not plan on using RAVE’s schedule messaging system, task prompt days, or RAVE's tender request workflow.
- And add in any other details and comments to personalise your invitation
The PREVIEW button, allows you to preview how your invite email will look.
And you can save your customised contractor invite copy as a template for future use via the SAVE AS TEMPLATE button.
As mentioned previously, the process to load a single contractor is the same as loading a contractor list, we also provide a downloadable sample CSV file for you to complete and up load multiple contractors at once.
