The Rave team has spent the past six months building our brand-new financial management release, and it truly has been a labour of love.
Because this financial component spans so many areas of Rave, it has been one of the most significant updates we’ve ever delivered. The level of effort poured into the design, development, testing, article creation, client communications, and last night’s release has been nothing short of incredible.
To say I’m proud of this team is an understatement. We cannot wait to show you some of the new features, upgrades, and improvements that will make managing your financials even more seamless and powerful.
This is just the beginning, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.
Change can be hard, especially when you’ve been using the same system for years, but we’re confident these updates will impress.
We haven’t just made GST and rounding better. We’ve completely refreshed the look and feel of our Create, View, and Edit pages, giving them a cleaner, more modern experience.
And that’s just the beginning. Below is a selection of just some of the new options:
- choose a separate tax type for cost and sell pricing
- consolidate bills and client ivnvoices into a number of different options
- send invoices to xero with Category and Sub Category headers
- choose to send Bill attachments to xero with your client ivoice as a single zip file of attachments
- create branch-level Quotes and Purchase Orders
- generate one Purchase Order from multiple Quotes
- generate one Bill from multiple Purchase Orders
- bulk create draft Purchase Orders ready for approval and sending
- link multiple progress payment items to a single schedule task
These enhancements are designed to make your workflow faster, simpler, and more flexible.
