Keeping your data secure is one of our highest priorities. That's why we're excited to announce that Single Sign-On (SSO) and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) are coming to Rave Monday July 27th, providing a more secure and streamlined way to access your account.
From Monday, 27 July, all Rave users will be required to use our new authentication system. This applies to everyone who accesses Rave, including:
- ALL Branch users
- Head Office users
- Clients
- Contractors
Users will be able to sign in using their preferred authentication method, including:
- Google
- Microsoft
- Facebook
- Email/One-Time Passcode (OTP)
After signing in, you'll also complete a quick Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) step, adding an extra layer of protection to your account.
Cybersecurity threats continue to evolve, and protecting your business information is more important than ever. SSO and 2FA help to:
- Protect your account from unauthorised access.
- Reduce the risk of compromised passwords.
- Make signing in faster and more convenient.
- Align Rave with modern security best practices.
To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend reviewing our help articles before Monday, 27 July. They provide step-by-step instructions for setting up your preferred sign-in method and enabling 2FA.
If you haven't completed the setup beforehand, you'll be guided through the process the next time you sign in.
Our support team is here to help if you have any questions or need assistancce with the setup process. Thank you for helping us keep your Rave account and your business more secure.
